INSIDE OUT PRISON MINISTRY, INC. actually got its start approximately 19 years ago with Sandy Cheney obeying GOD and beginning to minister in the jails and prisons of Oklahoma.  Since that time, Sandy and her teams have ministered in many facilities. Here are just a few...

INSIDE OUT PRISON MINISTRY, INC. was chartered and formed in 1999.  Since that time there has been both Church and Bible College founded as a result of the successful ministry of Inside Out.

Rev. Sandy Cheney took the bible college to Eddie Warrior's Correctional Center in Muskogee, Oklahoma.  Many inmates took more than the required courses in order to receive a diploma.  The graduation class of 2005 consisted of 15 graduates.  The prison allowed a graduation ceremony and they wore caps and gowns. 

It was a sight to behold!  They also attend church services when Inside Out Prison Ministries is scheduled to come.

"God's House of Restoration"

We know that according to Matthew 21:22 that whatever things we ask in prayer, believing, we will receive. I’m being bold and asking if there is anyone in the, Tulsa, Bristow, or surrounding areas that would be willing to donate at least 5 acres to the Kingdom of God that we might build God’s House Of Restoration..

The just shall live by faith, and we walk by faith and not by sight. Please seek the Lord and see if He wants you to invest in His Kingdom. To actually be a part and see women coming out of prisons such as Eddie Warriors and Turley Correctional Center with a place to go, where their lives can be healed and restored and back out into society.

Inside Out Prison Ministry's Vision

That vision is to purchase several acres of land, to have a home that will shelter women leaving the system. It will be called  "God's House of Restoration". The women whose lives have been shattered can be restored by the help of God and mankind. It will be a place of refuge and a time for healing. We will house and counsel and meet their needs spiritually, mentally and assist them when it is time to go back into society.  Please support us with prayers and donations.
