The Tulsa  Eternal Life Church has made her headquarters in Ozamiz City, Philippines. Since the establishing of several churches there Bishop Jofran Pelayo has and will continue to be overseer.

The Eternal Life Bible Colleges will be established there as well.

We and Bishop Jofran are going with the vision the Lord has given us.  We believe not only more churches in the Philippines but other countries as well.  We will continue with Divine Connections and Divine Appointments as like so many others to reach  a dying world that so desperately needs Jesus Christ.  The Inside Out Prison Ministries has also extended internationally but the home base will remain in Tulsa, Ok.  On March 5th, 2012 we will be returning to Ozamiz City, Philippines as we minsiter in the city and  in the mountains.  We always will minister to the men and women prisoners as well.
